Frozen Grape Matcha

Grapes and matcha or grapes in your matcha? Both are Nekohama approved!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup yellow seedless grapes
  • Sparkling water (no sugar, grape is best)
  • 2g Nekohama matcha
  • 75 ml hot water

Method:

1. Wash the grapes, remove from the stem, put on a tray and freeze for at least 2 hours. This will be our edible "ice".

2. When ready to serve, add frozen grapes to a glass, pour sparkling water over and top with matcha.

3. Don't forget to eat the grapes!
